Group Dynamics

Group Recap: Every group has its controversial issues that attend to always surface and my group is no different. We have xiii fractions in our group of which leash are women, ten are men and they range from six months to five years with play along oldity and age from mid twenties to late fifties. During meetings those senior to the company always feel that they need to commandeer meetings and induce everyone on board with their ideas and squash the ideas of others less senior in position.
Topic Transition: In an environment that promotes individual feat and doesnt really rely on group or team performance I find it difficult to beg off in meetings that do not promote rational arguments. I attend regular meetings that seem to promote group imagine where a few members come into a meeting and kind of of promoting a logistical process of elimination with various ideas, they afford their idea and pressure all to agree and see the appraise to that idea. Definition: There are three primary members to our group that religiously get together in front group meetings to devise a plan before til now proposing it to the group. At this secret meeting they agree to their conclusions together macrocosm sure to support each other during the actual meeting. erst in the conference room they break up and ruffle with their mini teams to gather concurrence among their supporters before the senior member presents the idea to the entire group.
Gap Analysis: These three members do well to gather their resources and supporting material to present their case. If they could take care that they could actually generate an environment for potential greatness with the natural endowment we have in the group there would be no limit to the teams performance.
