INTRODUCTION
social skills are an effective way to communicate. Without these skills many people are misunderstood. “When leadership fail to communicate their rationale for organizational changes, the result is a lot employee confusion, erosion of trust, and lowered morale – exclusively outcomes with negative contact on a company’s bottom line.” (Soft Skills for profound Times, 2004) Things such as non-verbal communication, negotiation tactics, and listening skills are all factors of interpersonal skills. Many of the major universities teach these as a core requirement for their business or management schools.

Investigation into the Importance and Benefits of Interpersonal Skills
The objective of this study was to find ways to improve the computer program for the College of bloodline at Sam Houston State University. For achieving this objective, the plan confused first determining whether other major universities are victimisation interpersonal skills in their curriculm. This information will then be used to explain how beneficial it is to have interpersonal skills pedagogy in a business curriculum.
