Pocahontas

Chapter 1 in our text throw is called, endemic Peoples of America, to 1500. by means of this chapter they comp ar and contrast Indian cultures, discuss the development of Native American agriculture, science, and technology, and identify the differing world views of Native Americans and Europeans. Our first words in class you showed a picture of a Lego gentlemans gentleman and labeled it Myth vs. Reality. We got to observe the photo and point taboo the things that were completely fake, and what could actually be real. The first lecture we had, do me choose to watch the Disney moving picture Pocahontas and compare it with what we learned in our platter.
Indians all live different. There are different groups and tribes of families. Chiefs are responsible for collecting the feed that they are going to eat and providing the food. Indians grew crops such as corn, and they also got their man source of food from hunting. There were long summers, which was great for farming and short winters. They had mountain networks which allowed them to interact with Europeans. All of this information was in our text book and also in the movie.
In the text book it says that earth-closet metalworker made peace with the Indians and saves Jamestown. It is also that way in the Disney movie, but it doesnt say how numerous people died traveling to Jamestown.
