A meeting of 5 diverse and talented individuals oblige three weeks to advance the annual HBS business plan contest.
This chemical group consisted of:
- The MGI (Music Games International) founders: Two storied Russian composers: Igor Tkachenko and Roman Yakub, they be not from the business world, they be musicians, so they are bad managers and bad promoters, but they have a lot of creative Ideas, they provide the music skills and alike they develop technical skills for using music in a software environment. And an Expert businessman: Alexander Gimpelson,
-A group of students from various majors: Henry Tam and Dana Soiman of HBS MBA class students, Dav Clark from MIT and Alex Jan Sartakov from capital of Massachusetts Berklee College.
Unfortunately, this mixture of members did not find the way to achieve the tar commove area expected because of several problems between the teams members
in nonpareil case analyzed the case, the possible alternate(a)s to follow by the team are:
1)To submit on with the same strategy followed by the moment
2)The HBS students had determine that the team required a leader. Henry should have grabbed the probability of volunteering to be a leader.
3)The other alternative that Henry could do to increase the teams effectiveness is to try to find a immaterial third party as the leader.



Henry believed that a unbiased leader with the industry expertise and team tame leadership skills could help the team to move ahead much faster. Dana had also commented, We need one more person to make the whole thing work: someone with seniority and a deep knowledge of the mart…
