Introduction
Organizational behavior is bear on by several(predicate) factors, dickens of which are motivation and competitiveness management. Every organization has some sort of plan in regard to apiece, with some methods being booming in promoting honest organisational behavior, while others need work. A closer face up will be made into different motivational theories, on with a look at different organizations and how each applies different strategies for motivation and conflict management.
Evaluating Motivational Theories and Organization Behavior
Motivation theories and organizational behavior while different, definitely affect each other in the workplace. Motivation theories can be classified into two categories; content theories and process theories (N. Nayab, May 2011). Content theories include Maslows hierarchy of ineluctably hypothesis, Alderfers ERG theory; McClellans acquired ask theory, and Herzbergs two-factor theory, all of which contract primarily on soulfulness inevitably and the influence of blocked needs. Maslows hierarchy of needs theory has five levels of needs that must be met, with each level having to be satisfied before moving to the contiguous level.
Motivation is based on helping to satisfy an unmarrieds need to complete the different levels of needs. This theory is a popular theory, and the base for the next theory. The next motivational theory is Alderfers ERG theory. This theory is similar to Maslows hierarchy of needs in that different levels of needs exist, however, Alderfer believes only three levels exist. Alderfer as well as believes that more than one level of need can be satisfied at any given time. In any organization motivation and rewards are key to a successful working environment.
