In any economy, the need for opinion facilities cannot be over-emphasized. Its availability makes it possible for the verdants macrocosm to access funds which they lack to use in investment, return of goods and services which in turn lead to the growth and training of the various sectors as it affects them.
In a country wish well Nigeria, where there is gross incompetence in the management of the countrys wealth and income leading to inequitable distribution of this income, it becomes actually necessary for its populace to have access to funds as its availability will help Nigerians to invest in sectors finished production, distribution and other means which receives sustainable growth and ontogenesis to the economy.
In the South-East region of Nigeria, Orumba -North Local Government knowledge base which is in Anambra State is a pre-dominantly agricultural community with cassava its main agricultural produce over the past iv decades. But its involvement in agriculture has yet to bring in any sort of development to the area as majority of the nation are involved in subsistence levels of agriculture. This is as well as termed Family Agriculture as everyone aims to cater for his or her family. Many people still use crude implements, methods and low viability seedlings which result in poor harvests.
